Budget Development Report

A Budget Development Report is a budgetary planning tool designed to help an association's board of directors/manager budget appropriately for the upcoming fiscal year via the following methodology:

  1. Compares your association's existing or proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year with the budgets of similar associations.  Our in-house database contains hundreds of associations, and your association is only compared to associations that are similar in geographic location, number of units, age, and amenities.

  2. Identifies areas where the Association is spending more or less than the average association.

  3. Provides insights and recommendations for how to efficiently utilize your association's resources.

  4. Gauges the association's financial health in comparison to similar associations by comparing its assets, liabilities, and owner's equity.
